what better way to finish off our first day in Barcelona than a beach wine review during sunset. The beautiful colors, the amazing smell in the air, and a great bottle of Bodegas Dios Ares we got from the bar across the street, all contributed to an amazing first day topped off with a down to earth full bodied wine. Bodegas Dios Ares wine is made in the Rioja region of Spain, and since this wine is called "Crianza" is is aged at least 12 months in oak prior to bottling. After this episode, Desiree and crew proceeded to the nearest watering hole for the local favorite - Absinth. Perhaps we should launch and Absinth review show, I wonder if that would succeed... in the mean time Cheers! Dios AresIMG_0256
