Located just a few miles off the 101 freeway near Agoura Hills, California, is the beautiful SIP Malibu Cielo Wine bar. This Wine bar is owned and operated by the Hirsh family, owners of the Malibu Estate Wineyards.
We met up with Bill Hirsh, Director of Wine making at the Estate and were fortunate enough to taste three of their top rated wines. Bill was a great host and come to find out they have a very popular Sunday brunch, so if you feel like escaping the city but not driving too far, SIP Malibu might be a great place.
